Garage Conversion Project Description

This Client had a garage in their 1930s house that could have never really fit a car. They wanted to add usable entertaining space for an organ, music storage and a seating area. We removed the garage door and constructed a mahogany frame work for antique doors, set a slate stoop outside the doors for them and continued the slate all through the room.

This client had a set of antique pocket doors from a house in Baltimore they wanted to incorporate in to the space, so we framed them in to the exterior wall and constructed false beams that hides the duct work and wiring. All in all, the outcome was very successful.
